Two references from prior rental entities or landlords are required along with a 50% deposit. If reservation is refused full deposit is refunded.
Payments
50% deposit is required at time of reservation. If booking is less than 60 days out full payment is required.
Rental fee balance including a security deposit of $250 is required 30 days prior to start of rental period.
Failure to pay balance on time will result in forfeiture of reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable upon termination of reservation or forfeiture by renter.
Security deposits are returned within 30 days following inspection of the home and property if all is found to be in good standing and additional cleaning is not required.
Cancellations
Reservation cancellations requested within 72 hours after reservation approval are fully refunded.
Deposits are not refundable unless rental cancellation is requested, in writing, no more than 72 hours after reservation confirmation.
