Rental Terms

Reservations

• All reservations are reviewed prior to approval.
• All reservations are prepaid in full unless prior authorization and arrangements are made.

Payments

1. Payment in full is required for all rental bookings.

Security Deposits

1. Security deposits are returned within 30 days following inspection of the home and property if all is found to be in good standing .

Cancellations

1. Rental cancellations requested 60+ days prior to rental start date are refunded 100%. Cancellations within 60 days of rental may qualify for a partial credit towards a future rental.
