Thank you for selecting our summer home for your summer vacation. It is our goal to help make your vacation a pleasant one. We have gone to great extent in making sure the place is clean and ready for your arrival.
When you arrive, unpack then sit back and relax on the deck with a cold beverage!

- dish soap – please replace if it runs out
- Cling wrap, foil, baggies, etc (Please replace if you empty a box please replace it)

On the Deck
- )Gas grill:
if propane runs out please refill/replace tank.
(We do not monitor propane level) - Seating for 6 table-side for outdoor dining
- Extra seating for relaxing and kicking back
- Overflow trash barrels are located at the bottom of back stairs. Please place bagged, extra trash in these barrels for next pickup.
- All grilling tools are in cabinet below kitchen sink.
- Use a small ball of foil for cleaning grill grates.

- Pillows – Some are supplied & have clean pillow protectors

What we do
For your information
You will receive a text message Sunday and Thursday nights to remind you to place the two trash barrels next to the street.
Please feel free to use any condiments, paper products, cleaning supplies and sanitizing products left behind but please replace emptied items.
