Thank you for selecting our summer home for your vacation. It is our pleasure to help make your vacation a pleasant one. All mattress and pillow covers are freshly cleaned as well as the bathroom rug and shower mat. So unpack and sit back and relax while you plan your stay on the deck with a cold beverage!

In The Kitchen
- Keurig machine
- 12 cup coffee maker
- microwave
- toaster
- electric range
- pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving utensils, plates, cups, etc.
- small electric appliances: hand mixer, blender, chopper
- dish towels
- dish soap – please replace if it runs out
- Cling wrap, foil, baggies, etc (Please replace if you empty a box )

On the Deck
- Gas grill:
if propane runs out please refill/replace tank. We do not monitor it. - Seating for 6 table-side for outdoor dining
- Extra seating for relaxing and kicking back
- Overflow trash barrels are located at the bottom of back stairs. Please place bagged, extra trash in these barrels for next pickup.
- All grilling tools are in cabinet below kitchen sink.
- Use a small ball of foil for cleaning grill grates.

- Wifi – password on fridge

- Air conditioners and ceiling fans in each room, upstairs and downstairs
- Heat (Its New England. You never know when you’ll need it)
